I would go out walking once in a while. The path I walked is about two miles. I noticed that I lost a pound here and there when I walked three days in a row. So about a year ago I started walking every day. I lost about 12 pounds and hit a plateau. To break the plateau, I would walk once before dinner and then again once after dinner, about four miles a day. I am now 25 lbs lighter and feel much better.
