It been 70 weeks now since I changed my life. I joined Weight Watchers weighing in at 370 and truly needing to do something. It took 16 weeks to kick myself in the butt but I did it. I walked 1 hour a day, until it got cold outside, then I started on the treadmill. I realized I need to make a lifestyle change and now 130 pounds lighter I feel amazing. I have 2 good workouts I do daily and I know this time I can keep the weight off forever. I have 94 pounds left to go but i will get there!
