| Q. | Why do I need to register? |
| A. | We want to find out what kinds of people are paying attention to do. We also want to be able to contact you if we need to follow up on your story. |
| Q. | How much of my personal information am I required to submit? |
| A. | We require that you submit your name, email, and city. Everything else is optional. |
| Q. | Who will have access to this information? |
| A. | Only staff working directly with the do campaign. |

| Q. | Who can submit a story? |
| A. | Any adult Minnesotan (regardless of insurance affiliation) who is out there doing. |
| Q. | How long should my story be? |
| A. | Stories should be 400 words or less. We recommend that you focus on the specific activity and the benefits you experience. Short and direct. |
| Q. | What should I include in my story? |
| A. | Tell us how you fit physical activity into your life. Is it part of your daily routine? Are you good at making the most of every opportunity? We want to know what you like to do, how often, and for how long do you do. Have fun with it. Let your story inspire your neighbor or fellow Minnesotan. |
| Q. | What are some ideas to get me started? |
| A. | What are your favorite things to do? Where do you do? Are you active with someone or on your own? How do you feel when you are physically active? Has it inspired others in your life? How were you inspired? |
| Q. | Do I have to have a picture with my story? |
| A. | It’s your choice. |

| Q. | Why edit? |
| A. | Your story will be reviewed for spelling and grammar errors as well as whether it meets our requirements. If necessary, we reserve the right to condense your story. |

| Q. | How will I know if and when my story is posted? |
| A. | Once you submit your story you will receive an email confirming that we have received your story. It will go through our review process and perhaps some editing. Once we post it (typically within a week) we will send you an email with the link to let you know. |
| Q. | Why wasn’t my story posted? |
| A. | We may not be able to post all the stories we receive. We are looking for stories that best showcase a range of physical activities and the do philosophy that activity can be fun and part of your everyday life. We can only post stories from Minnesota residents. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota staff members reserve the right to determine which stories are and are not posted. |
| Q. | What if I change my mind and no longer want the story posted? Can it be removed? |
| A. | Sure. Just go to the www.do-groove.com contact us section and email us. Please state in the email your first and last name and let us know that you would like your story removed. Allow up to a week for the change to occur. |
| Q. | Why is Blue Cross doing this? |
| A. | Accumulating 30 minutes of activity can seem daunting. But lots of people are doing it. We want do to share how Minnesotans are getting to their 30 minutes. It’s not just the guy dancing in the doctor’s office anymore. Real life exchanges inspire us all. We can see our friends, family, and neighbors becoming part of do. |
