So I got up early, before the alarm went off ? I was looking forward to walking? where did that come from? So I just started walking and kept walking. Did almost an hour.
My energy seemed to improve as the day went on. 

I am surprised at how the time has flown. I cannot believe it is day 8. i cannot believe that i can talk while performing a DO. They are getting easier. That is not a challenge just an observation. I am curious where i will be at in 2 weeks…

I know this might get old, but the support from you has been… I struggle to find the words…. Amazing, uplifting encouraging, honest, loving… I could go on and on. I do not think i could do this with out your posts and feedback.

The last 2 days, I find myself looking at my wife Julies picture when ever she posts a Facebook comment. I think of our dogs. Her posts remind me that this will all be worth it. This journey, this learning experience, this gift, will all be worth it. I cannot wait to share this with her, to live this with her.

Yes, Day 8 was a good day.
