Campaign #1

This campaign has ideas that are quick to implement, and very effective. Companies may find that using even a few of the free resources will create employee interest. Getting back to the basics is often a great place to start.

• Create sidewalk chalking of a hopscotch board outside of front door of building.
• Challenge employees to park farther away for the extra walk.
• Post “To do” Activities List on bulletin boards and in lunchroom to provide ideas for three 10-minute sessions.
• Provide space for employees to write in their ideas.
• Encourage employees to have walking meetings.
• Send weekly email updates to all employees with do logo and message to groove your body every day.
• Use the free and downloadable do Bingo.
